Around Xmas/New Year & Carnival (Super Season) other tariffs are applicable,
as well as a minimum stay of 7 nights. Discounts are given for stays from 10
nights and longer (14 nights in Super Season). Feel free to ask for a quote!
Rental conditions (summarized):
Rental Fee:
based on 6 persons or less with use of 3 bedrooms
Extra bedrooms:
$ 20.00 per night per room (for < 10 persons, or children < 4 yr.)
Service costs:
$ 33.00 per group per night
End cleaning (mandatory):
$ 260.00 for 6 persons or less. Surcharge per extra person: $13.00
Tourist tax (required by law):
12.5% of the total sum of the aforementioned costs
Environmental tax (required by law):
$ 3.00 per room per night
Booking costs:
6% of the end total of the aforementioned costs
Minimum stay:
5 nights in High- & Low Season, 7 nights in Super Season
Children up until 3:
free of charge, provided they sleep with parents (folding cots
available).
Children 4 and up:
are fully counted in the headcount of the group / number of bedrooms
Deposit sum:
from $ 300.00 per stay, to be paid in cash upon arrival
Electricity:
included in the Rental Fee, up to a maximum of $ 22.50 per night.
Surplus in usage will be deducted from deposit at check out.
Reservations & cancellations:
A reservation is considered “definite” after the first payment (50% of the
Rental Fee) is received. The remaining amount of the Rental Fee must be
received at least 8 weeks prior to the rental period. Non (or non-timely)
payment of the remaining amount will be considered as a cancellation by the
Lessee. In that case the Conditions of Cancellation will be applicable.
Bookings made within 8 weeks of the rental period must be paid for in full
upon reservation.
